Terms and conditions

• By sending the reservation request form you agree to these terms and conditions.
• Your request is not a booking or a reservation, but a reservation request. Following this reservation request we will check wether we can meet your request and contact you as soon as possible to make you a final offer. You then decide wether you agree and wether or not you want to finalize the booking.
• fter you have sent in the form you recieve a conformation mail with the details of your reservation request. In this mail we ask you for a deposit payment. Only when this payment is done within one week of receiving the confirmation mail, your booking is fix and cannot be deleted by us. If however we don't recieve your deposit we might cancel your reservation request.
• Prices are per night per apartment (maximum two persons).
  
• City tax is not included in the price. For persons over the age of 17 the city tax is € 2.00 pppn in the summer and € 2.70 pppn in wintertime. 
• End cleaning is not included and will be charged at € 54.00 per stay. 
• Check-in: 15.00 - 18.00 Hrs. Check-out: before 9.30 Hrs.
• If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  Your down payment will be returned to your account. 
• If cancelled or modified from 29 up to 14 days before date of arrival 70 percent of the total price of reservation will be charged. 
• In case of cancellation within 14 days before the arrival date or in case of late arrival, we will charge the full travel sum. In case of early departure, the full travel sum will be charged.
• We suggest that you subscbribe to a travel assurance with cancellation option.
